At Foryou, the healthy growth and safety of children are our unwavering bottom lines. We are fully committed to creating a pure, friendly platform environment that poses no potential harm to children, resolutely combating and eradicating any malicious behaviors on the platform that may infringe upon children's rights and harm their physical and mental well-being.

By periodically updating user agreements, we integrate the concept of cybersecurity throughout the process, guiding all users to establish correct internet usage awareness, uniting forces from all parties to shape an online platform ecology that safeguards children's safety, making every user a guardian of children's cybersecurity.

Ⅲ. Content Control

To protect the physical and mental well-being of children, this application strictly prohibits any content that may harm or negatively impact children. The specific prohibitions are as follows:

1. Prohibition of Sexual Content Involving Children

• Sexual Suggestion or Explicit Content: Any content involving children that contains sexual suggestions, explicit descriptions, or sexual elements, in any form such as text, images, audio, or video, is strictly prohibited.
• Sexual Exploitation or Abuse: Any form of sexual exploitation, abuse, or suggestive content, whether directly related to children or not, is forbidden.
• Pornographic or Vulgar Content: Content that involves children in a pornographic, vulgar, or inappropriate manner, including implicit sexual descriptions, sexual inducements, or sexual implications, is not allowed.

2. Prohibition of Violence and Abuse Involving Children

• Physical Violence: Any content depicting physical violence against children, including hitting, beating, or other forms of harm, is prohibited.
• Psychological Abuse: Content that involves psychological abuse of children, such as intimidation, humiliation, or discrimination, is not allowed.
• Abuse Scenarios: Any content that portrays scenarios of abuse targeting children, in any format, is strictly forbidden.

3. Prohibition of Inducing Dangerous Behavior Involving Children

• Inducing Dangerous Actions: Content that encourages children to engage in dangerous activities, such as climbing to high places, playing with fire, or using hazardous objects, is prohibited.
• Promoting Misbehavior: Content that incites children to engage in inappropriate behavior, such as truancy, smoking, drinking, or drug use, is not allowed.
• Misleading Content: Any content that may mislead children into adopting unsafe practices or incorrect lifestyle choices is forbidden.

Ⅳ. Risk Prevention and Control Measures

Intelligent Early Warning and Protection:

We have invested in cutting-edge technologies to build an intelligent risk monitoring system that can track the information content on the platform in real time. Once the system captures potential risk signals endangering children's safety on the platform, it will quickly initiate an early warning, remind and help users avoid creating or sharing inappropriate content, and block the spread of harmful information.

Ⅴ. User Restrictions

For individuals with criminal records of harming children, including but not limited to those who have committed sexual assault, physical abuse, intentional harm, or participated in child trafficking and other heinous acts, they are strictly prohibited from registering and using our application.

Ⅵ. Feedback Channel

If users notice any potential hazards to children's safety, such as someone maliciously spreading harmful information related to children on the platform, they can send an email to ForyouTeam@outlook.com, with a detailed description of the issue.

Upon receiving feedback, the platform will organize a professional team to promptly verify and address it, showing zero tolerance for any acts that endanger children's safety. In severe cases, we will report any child abuse incidents to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant law enforcement agencies in accordance with the law.

Ⅶ. Violation Handling

Once it is verified that there is a violation of the children's safety policy, the violator will face the penalty of having their account blocked by the platform.

For serious cases that violate laws and regulations, the platform will not hesitate to cooperate with law enforcement agencies, provide all necessary evidence, and jointly conduct in-depth investigations to bring the offenders to justice.

Ⅷ. Policy Promotion

We display the Children's Safety Policy in the platform's agreement center, making it easily accessible to users and effectively raising their awareness of child safety protection.
